Elektron Machinedrum Remote X.07 Max for Live Ableton now for M1
This is the X.07 Release of the Machinedrum Remote Controller for Ableton Live/Max for Live.
Now M1 compatible. -> Machinedrum X.07.amxd (only MAC)
Still with imp.midis. -> Machinedrum X.07_imp.amxd
You can fully edit the Machinedrum on all Channels thanks to the implementation of imp.midi , which is done by David Butler.
You just need to route the inputs of your Machinedrum as an "External Instrument" like you would normally do. Drop the Machinedrum Remote on a separate Miditrack and choose your Inputs and Outputs.
Every Instrument has its presetslots which are compatible on any other Instrumentchannel. So you can save a BD-Preset and load it on i.e. CH-Track.
To get all Kit-Dumps correctly you should stop the playback of Ableton first
and be sure you have disabled TEMPO-OUT and CTRL-OUT in the Machine itself!
To get the best results in performance, the TM-1 is recommended and should NOT switched to Turbo-Mode.
PLEASE INSTALL THE FONTS FIRST.
There is a new Font called MachinedrumUW.
Install imp.midi from here https://www.theimpersonalstereo.com/max-externals
if not done already.
Set your Midiports, load your Kits via
Function->Global, File->Sysex Send and send All Kits.
Afterwards click ENABLE.
Once done so, you can save a preset of the device to recall your Kits
in another Ableton Set.
